The copyright law is rather dicey but IMO I'd say that as long as he is not directly making money from the photos, i.e. calling them his own and selling them as his own or using them specifically to advertise content, he should be fine to use them on his blog.

I haven't heard much other than Guillen saying he wants to stay with one team for more than a year. Even Guillen wanting an extension was a tidbit Baker had to drag out of him since he really didn't bring it up at this point of the season as a distraction.

I'm just going to wait and see what happens. Probably won't see anything substantial until late in the season.

Hmmmm, what to root for more

A: Yankees miss playoffs

or

B: Yankees surpass Red Sox, win division, RS miss playoffs.

A gets us a postseason w/o the Yankees which is badly needed.

B has the virtue of the Red Sox suffering the worst collapse since at least the '95 Angels and to the Yanks no less, meaning the possible end of bandwagon Red Sox Nation.
